We are now offering seasonal service plans for your furnace, air conditioner and fireplaces and pellet stoves. The furnace and A/C plans are available to be purchased separately or together for a discounted price. Payment for one or both plans are due at time of service. Heating and A/C Service Plan
The furnace plan will include a complete inspection of your furnace and a cleaning. We will inspect parts such as burners, flame sensors, heat exchangers, blowers, inducer fans and the electrical. The furnace plan will include one filter change.
The air conditioner plan will also include a complete inspection and cleaning. We will inspect parts such as evaporators, condenser coils, drain lines, drain pans, blowers, and the electrical. This air conditioner plan will also include one filter change out.
The fireplace and pellet stove plan includes cleaning and vacuuming the interior of the fireplace as well as cleaning the glass and the pilot light and/or the ignitor.
NEW: We are offering a mini-split plan that includes cleaning the filters, flushing the system, and cleaning the outside unit twice a year.
Pricing
The furnace and air conditioner plan is $195.00 if purchased separately, or you can purchase together for only $350.00. If the $350.00 plan is purchased customers will have top priority when repairs are needed. Customers will receive 25% discount on parts as well! (Buffalo residents will be charged $212.50 if the plans are purchased separately and $425.00 if purchased together)
The Fireplace and Pellet stove plan is $200.00 per season. ($275.00 for Buffalo residents)
The mini-split plan is a $212.50 payment per unit once a year or $425.00 per unit to have each unit serviced twice a year. ($250.00 and $500.00 respectively for Buffalo residents)

Fireplace and Pellet stove plan: $20.00 per month ($23.00 for Buffalo residents)
Mini-Split plan: $36.00 per month ($42.00 for Buffalo residents)
Please note: labor charges for any repairs are not included in the service plan.
If customers require more than two filter change outs while under this plan, additional filters will be at a discounted price.
Make sure if you call for a service let the person on the phone know that you have the service plan.
After having this plan for at least a year and the need arises that your furnace or A/C needs replaced, we offer a 10% discount on the purchase and installation of a new unit. Heating and A/C Service Plan
